Descriptions:

A whole pulp-making system includes a hydrapulper, a pulp pump, a water pump and a agitator.
Hydrapulper is the main equipment in pulp making system. It stirs and crushes the raw materials (wasted paper or original pulp plate) of the paper molding products with the help of hydraulic force. Then the hydrapulper mixes them into the water. And the pulp material is formed which meets the requirement and can make the pulp molding products anytime.
The standard model hydrahpulper consists of 0.5m³-5m³ specifications. The allocated motor power ranges from 5.5-75kw, which meets the needs of processing of different sizes products quite well. According to clients’ special requirements, the equipments of other specifications and full-stainless can be provided as well.

1	Payment Terms	30% down payment by T/T, 70% before shipment by T/T or L/C at sight
2	Delivery Terms	FOB Guangzhou, China. (Final transaction could be made in C&F or CIF, the freight and insurance should be decided according to the current rate when signing the contract).
3	Delivery Time	30-60 days
4	Packages	Packages suitable for ocean transport. The small parts are packaged by wooden boxes. The big parts are protected by wooden support.
5	Installation	Seller should appoint 2 engineers to instruct buyer for installation, test-run and training. All the charges including air ticket, VISA , accommodation and food of the engineers should be responsible by buyer. Besides, the buyer should pay the engineers subsidy of USD50/person/day and offer translation service.
6	Warranty	12 months after installation
7	After service	The seller will send spare parts for one year use by free. The seller will provide operating manual, drawing, process diagram for all of the equipments. The seller will instruct the operation, maintain method for the buyer’s worker after installation. The seller will instruct the production technology and prescription for the buyer’s engineer after installation;
8	Quotation Validity	90 days after the offering date
