MZ11-20P3R7H265 3R7 Ohm PTC Thermal Resistor , LED Positive Thermal Coefficient Thermistor
PTC is the abbreviation of Positive Temperature Coefficient, which
means a positive temperature coefficient, and generally refers to
semiconductor materials or components with a large positive
temperature coefficient. Usually the PTC we refer to refers to the
positive temperature coefficient thermistor, referred to as the PTC
thermistor. PTC thermistor is a typical temperature-sensitive
semiconductor resistor. When it exceeds a certain temperature
(Curie temperature), its resistance value increases stepwise with
the increase of temperature.
A type of thermistor, the resistance value of the positive
temperature coefficient thermistor shows a stepwise increase with
the increase of the temperature of the PTC thermistor body. The
higher the temperature, the greater the resistance value.
Main feature
1. High sensitivity, its temperature coefficient of resistance is
10 to 100 times larger than that of metal, and can detect
temperature changes of 10-6°C;

2. The working temperature range is wide, the normal temperature
device is suitable for - 55 ℃ ~ 315 ℃, the high temperature device
is suitable for a temperature higher than 315 ℃ (currently the
highest can reach 2000 ℃), and the low temperature device is
suitable for - 273 ℃ ~ 55 ℃;
3. Small in size, it can measure the temperature of gaps, cavities
and blood vessels in organisms that cannot be measured by other
thermometers;
4. It is easy to use, and the resistance value can be arbitrarily
selected between 0.1 ~ 100kΩ;
5. It is easy to process into complex shapes and can be
mass-produced;
6. Good stability and strong overload capacity.
