Working Principle Description:

Compressed air feed: The nitrogen generation equipment compresses the external air through a compressed air system and introduces the compressed air into the PSA nitrogen generation equipment.

 

Adsorption bed layers: Inside the PSA nitrogen generation equipment, there are two main adsorption bed layers typically filled with special adsorbents such as molecular sieves. These adsorbents selectively adsorb oxygen molecules from the air while allowing nitrogen to pass through.

 

Adsorption process: As the compressed air passes through the first adsorption bed layer, oxygen molecules are adsorbed onto the adsorbent, resulting in a nitrogen-enriched gas stream.
