What's semi-finished lens for?
The semi-finished lens is based on the patient's prescription to create the most personalized RX lens of the original blank. Different prescription power in the requirement of different semi-finished lens type or base curve.
What's the importance of a good semi-finished lens to RX production?

d. Good tinting effects and hard-coating/AR coating results

Not just superficial quality, semi-finished lenses are more focus on the internal quality, such as precise and stable parameters, especially for the popular freeform lens.
III. CR39 Features:
1). The highest impact resistance among other index lenses
2). The most easily tinted than other index lenses, such as 1.56, 1.61, 1.67, 1.74 and 1.59 pc.

We are a manufacturer with many years exporting experience. Our
factory is located in Jiangsu province.
2. How can I get sample from you?
Just send us your requirements, then we will send samples
accordingly.
3. Can your products be customized?
We accept OEM &ODM orders. Actually most of our products are
customized. We will try our best to fulfill your requirements about
the material, the size, the printing.
4. How many days will samples be finished? How about mass products?
Generally, we need 5-7 days to finish the sample production.
As for the mass products, it depends on your order quantity.
