Material of pp woven packaging bag:
PP woven packaging bag's base material is made of pp woven fabric (which is made from polypropylene), and then laminate with opp film. Can also be two sides laminated. This process makes the pp woven bag more durable and also you can clear the inside of the bag very easily. The fabric weight of pp woven packaging bag ranges from 120gsm to 180gsm. Can even more if you think it’s necessary.
Reinforce sewing on the pp woven packaging bag:
Because pp woven packaging bag always work with heavy loading, the sewing will be a little different. There must be “X” stitching on handles. Furthermore, turn back the piping and sew over.

CMYK printing (4 color process), or according to given pantone code. It also workable with silk screen printing after plain laminated.

Changzhou Jintan Pangu Plastic Industry Co., Ltd is an enterprise
mainly engaged in the production and processing of PE valve bags ,
FFS heavy film bags and Jumbo bags, among which PE hot bottom valve
bags are the first in China. Founded in May 2010, the company has
more than 200 employees and an annual output of 60 million pieces.
It is a leading enterprise engaged in PE valve pocket production

pocket production line, one 8-color printing machine, two
three-layer co extrusion film blowing machines, one embossing edge
inserting machine and one FFS back sealing machine. It is one of

Q1. Are you a manufacturer?
—Yes, We are OEM manufacturer,custom and offer packaging bags of
all types and sizes.And we have our own factory,which have more
than 200 workers and a dozen salesman.
Q2. Does your company accept small quantity order at first?
—Yes,we can accept sample order as our initial cooperation to test
the quality and build trust.
Q3. Can I get a sample to check quality, and what is the cost and
shipping time?
—For our exsit products , we need charge for freight. For your own
design product, cost is depend on your design ( including size,
material, printing and so on ) . Shipping time is 7-12 days by
express.
Q4. I want to design my own bag artwork,can your company help me to
finish it?
— A:Of course we can do it,we own professional designer team,and
they can do the mature design according to the image,texts offered
by customer.
Q5. I need bag to pack my products,but i am not sure what kind of
bag is most suitable,can u give me some advise?
—A:Yeah,we are glad to do it.Pls just offer me some information
such as bag application, capacity,feature u want,and we can advise
relative specification do some advise based on it.

—A: Generally, it will take 7 to 10 days after receiving your
