What is PM?
Powder metallurgy is the process technology of preparing metal
powder or using metal powder (or a mixture of metal powder and
non-metal powder) as raw materials, forming and sintering,
manufacturing metal materials, composite materials and various
types of products. Powder metallurgy has similarities with the
production of ceramics, and both belong to powder sintering
technology. Therefore, a series of new powder metallurgy
technologies can also be used for the preparation of ceramic
materials. Due to the advantages of powder metallurgy technology,
it has become the key to solving the problems of new materials and
plays a pivotal role in the development of new materials.

The precision of the mold is very high, it can reach within 0.002mm, the class of precision gear mold can reach DIN(ISO)4, also the precision of the finished gear parts can reach the standard DIN(ISO) 5, sure, it has a very high and advanced standard in the inland.
