Semi-automatic Plantain banana chips production line is mainly desiged for Small and medium-sized processing plants.
The output is mainly 20kg/h,50kg/h and 100kg/h.Surly,we can coustomize the capacity according the requirment of clients.
The production line include:cutting machine,frying machine ,deoiling machine,flavoring machine and packing machine.
Process of making banana chips
1. Remove banana peel by hand
2. Slice bananas through cutting machine
3. Fry the slices into banana chips
4. Remove the excess oil by de-oil machine
5. Mix flavor with banana chips.
6. Packing.
