A: we offer sample for quality check.However,considering our electric scooter is a big item with great value,we don’t offer sample for free,and transportation cost is also not contained in sample price.

2.What’s the delivery time?
A:It usually take about 7~25 working days.The actual delivery time will be according to different orders.Once we confirmed all details,We’ll arrange shipment as soon as possible.

3.What is your packing,
A:Generally,we pack our goods in carton box.If you have your own brand,we can make the goods with your logo,but there is MOQ requirements.

4.Do you supply free spare parts for bulk order?
A:Yes,1% of free parts will be provided to you.

5.How many hours does the new scooter battery charge?will it damage the battery if it charged too long?
A:The new scooter is only 20%to 30% of the normal battery before out of the factory.The first charge should take 6 to 8 hours to adjust to the power supply.Our chargers have overcharge protection and the charger will automatically power down when the battery is saturated.

6.How long is the warranty?
A:Product warranty period is one year,in one year we will provide free after-sales service,specific refer to the user manual.
