ANSI 56-5 pin type porcelain insulators are designed according to ANSI C29.6.
the product normally used for high voltage distributions lines.
Glaze color can be grey or brown according to different customer requirement.
the insulator assembled will be with zinc thimble thread .
the pin type insulator top are with semi-conductive glaze, it is radio-free type.
after insulator design , we will conduct design tests on insulators , the test items shown below:

The ANSI 56-5 pin type porcelain insulator is used for high voltage distributions lines up to 69kV.
Steel head pins will be used for such big and heavy porcelain insulators .
