In order to bring an exquisite writing and using experience to our users, we chose exclusively FSC certified acid-free ivory paper of 80g/㎡ to match different kinds of notebooks or diaries. Repeated writing tests were also taken place to ensure that each piece of paper is suitable for writing and ink resistant. Cover materials, whether made of vegan PU leather or crusty paper have been carefully selected, their skin-like texture makes them a pleasure to feel on.

As for internal page functions, we distinguish daily diaries from weekly and monthly diaries to meet the different demands. Classic design and concise function settings are two essential elements that work just well together.

Q: What are the conditions for returning products?

A: POPRUN products that are delivered sealed and have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.

Goods must be returned intact, undamaged and bearing their bar-code labels and any other seals that are part of them; it is not possible to reimburse Users for goods that are returned incomplete, ruined or damaged.

Q: How many days do I have to return a product after reception?

A: Please request a return within 14 days after receiving your parcel, or as per the instructions of mandatory regulations in the country of your residence if this is longer.

The return must be delivered within 14 days as soon as you receive a return confirmation letter via email.

Q: Can I return a customized product?
