Two-stage PVC cable material compounding and pelletizing extrusion line
Configuration & Features
Up-stage is the twin screw extruder, compounding and extruding the
material inside, then free falling into down-stage larger size
single screw extruder for compression, low speed, cooling down
extruding pelletizing, the two-stage installed to vertical “T”
type.
Twin screw is for conveying, high efficiency compounding and
shearing dispersing, no counter pressure because of no die head,
which avoid temperature peak and ensure high output. Single screw
is for cooling and high pressure, low speed extruding and
pelletizing.
Excellent compounding effectiveness and high output, because of two
stage design.
Application
Heat sensitivity polymers material processing, such as PVC cable compounds, transparent material, PE cross linking compound, PE shielded cable and foam material for shoes etc.
