Supported by 4 Wire SPI, this type of TFT LCD can be used in many applications. ST7789V2 is the driver IC of the tft lcd. The operation temperature is -20°C to 70°C and the storage temperature is -30°C to 80°C which compliant with industry standards.
Q: I cannot find the size, the interface or the FPC I need, is it
possible for customization?

However, TFT LCD module has different tooling cost which includes
FPC, Touch screen, backlight, bezel and so on.
