Safety valve type Yokohama pneumatic fender pressure is stable, safe and reliable
The types of Yokohama pneumatic fender tire chain nets are as
follows:
The tire chain net is divided into: ordinary car tires, truck
tires, aircraft tires; aircraft tires are the most wear-resistant
(but the cost is relatively higher), the chains and shackles used
must be hot-dip galvanized; the outside of the chain must be
covered Protective tube, the protective tube is to protect the
chain from abrasion and fender body, and the other is to protect
the hull from damage.
Large-size Yokohama pneumatic fender transportation method:
Large-scale Yokohama pneumatic fenders often encounter the problem
that ultra-wide and ultra-high containers cannot be shipped during
transportation. In fact, we can release the marine fender gas and
then fold it so that neither the container nor the trailer will be
due to the ultra-wide, It is too high and refuses to ship or
increases the high transportation cost; but the manufacturer of
pneumatic rubber fender deflation also needs experience and cannot
blindly deflate
Pneumatic marine fender structure:
Pneumatic marine fenders are divided into: inner rubber layer,
reinforced cord layer, and outer rubber layer.
The role of the inner rubber layer: to shape the fender, enhance
air tightness, and ensure no air leakage.
Strengthen the connection layer: increase the strength of Yokohama
fender, increase tensile strength, and increase pressure.
Outer rubber layer: improve the abrasion resistance of marine
fenders, better protect the body of the inflatable rubber fender,
and extend the service life
Yokohama fender instructions and maintenance precautions
1. The maximum deformation of the pneumatic rubber fender during
use is 60% (except for special ship types or special operations),
and the working pressure is 50KPa-80KPa (the working pressure can
be determined according to the user's ship type, tonnage, and
surrounding environment).
2. When using pneumatic rubber fenders, care should be taken to
avoid punctures and scratches from sharp objects; and timely
maintenance and maintenance should be carried out. Under normal
circumstances, a pressure test should be carried out every 5-6
months.
3. Frequently check whether the pneumatic marine fender body is
pierced or scratched. The surface objects in contact with the
fender shall not have sharp protruding hard objects to prevent the
fender from being pierced. When the fender is in use, the cable,
chain, or steel wire rope that hangs the fender must not be
knotted.
4. When the marine fender is not used for a long time, it should be
washed, dried, filled with proper amount of gas, and placed in a
dry, cool and ventilated place.
5. The fender should be stored away from heat sources, and should
not be in contact with acids, alkalis, greases and organic
solvents.
6. Do not stack when not in use, and do not stack heavy objects on
the fender.
