This Waste plastic pet bottle recycling washing machine is designed and manufactured by MOOGE TECH, which is widely used for waste plastic PET material, such as water bottles, pet sheet, pet containers, etc.
The waste dirty material go through delabelling, crushing, washing, drying, and collecting process will turn to be clean flakes for reuse.
This pet bottle washing machine can be displayed "L" or "U" shape according to clients' workshop.
We can also customize the washing line components according to client's material and product requirement.

Function: Loosen the bottles, remove the sand or stone from bottles, feeding out bottles constantly

Function:Remove out the labels from the waste PET bottles

Function: With hot steam to pre-wash the bottles and remove out the dirty

• For the full container loading we are packing the machine by film and some on pallet accordingly.

• We can send cargo to client's warehouse to loading.
