Working principle: High speed friction washer is made up of High speed waterproof shaft, washing blades with wearing layer and cleaning room. With the design of closing system of water inlet/outlet, Lianda High speed friction washer has the function of Friction washing and Dewatering. The crushed film will be dewatering and conveyed to friction room by the screw pushing force and the self-priming force. The crushed film will be opened and repeated friction under the fresh water and friction blades with the same direction of transmission, finally to the discharger.
