1. Product description

1. Raw material structure: shrinkable PVC,

2. Shrinkable range:TD 50-55% MD 1-3%,Shrinkage temperature:100-130C,

3. Layflat Width: 20~420mm,Cut Length:10~760mm,

4. Thickness of PVC shrink film:30,35,40,45,50,55,60,65,70Micron,

5. Maximum Colors: 10 Colors,

6. Sleeve label carton size: L35*W35*H25mm,25KG per carton,

7. Roll film(reel) carton size:L51*W51*H_mm(it depends on the width of sleeve label),paper inner diameter is 3",5" or 6"(automatic labeling machine always use 6" paper core)the outside diamter of roll film is less than 500mm,

8. Minimum order quantity: it depends on the size of label. The quantity variation permissible is more or less 10%,

9. Colors: one color needs one cylinder to print,

10. Cylinder: USD60~80/cylinder,

11. Payment terms: 50% T/T in advance as a deposit,the balance to be paid before shipment;

12. Delivery terms: EXW or FOB,CIF are accepted,

13. Packing method:To be supplied in bundle of sleeve,packed in thermo-cool sheets and use special anti-hot paper to wrap before packing and then into suitable transport-worthy box.

7.What about the Delivery time?

Standard production time is 5-7 days, depends on the Artwork, Quantity.

8.How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. B/L Number after shipment.

9.What is the shipment method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

For small quantity shipment by Courier such as DHL , TNT, FedEx,UPS, Etc 3-5days

For big quantity by sea 7-40 days

10.How do you calculate the shipping cost?

We will supply the shipping charges according to the estimated G.W. and CBM when quote.
