1.We use high quality Arabica Specialty Coffee from Ethiopia, Brazil, Colombia, etc.. Other suppliers use Robusta Coffee from Vietnam.
2. Extraction of others is about 30-40%, but our extraction is only 18-20%. We only take the best flavor solid content from the Coffee.
3. They will do the concentration for the liquid coffee after extraction. It will hurt the flavor again. But we do not have any concentration.
4. The freeze drying time of others is much shorter than ours, but the heating temperature is higher than ours. So we can preserve the flavor better.
So we are confident that our freeze dry coffee is about 90% like
the newly brewed coffee at Coffee shop. But meantime, as we chose
better Coffee bean, extract less, using longer time for freeze
drying.
