Custom Mold Bases are essential for the production of daily necessities, toys, cosmetics, electrical appliances, medical equipment and more. We provide custom mold bases that are tailored to meet the exact requirements of our clients. Our custom mold bases are produced with the highest quality standards and feature honing true round guide sleeve, which can effectively increase the number of opening and closing molds by 20%, prevent guide posts from being pulled out and improve the service life of the molds.
We use customized 50C material with a hardness HB=160-180, which is higher than ordinary steel (hardness 140-170), has lower deformation rate, better finish and better rust resistance. The whole set of screw teeth use CNC extrusion teeth process for smooth screw teeth, which are easy to disassemble and assemble. The screw head is processed by CNC sinking, the bottom of the hole is flat and the locking performance is better. The square iron screw hole is processed by CNC with good verticality. The plate thickness tolerance is +0-0.1mm and we prepare pre-customizable accessories to shorten the mould production time. We use imported equipment, such as MAZAK, OKUMA, MORI SEIKI, MAKINO, which have accurate repeated positioning and precision hole and frame tolerance of 0.01mm and good finish. We also use high-end imported cutting tools, such as Swiss Sandvik and Japanese BIG, to improve the straightness and precision of holes and frames and the accuracy and finish of the entire processing of the mould base.
The quotations from DXM are tax-inclusive and do not include freight, which will be calculated separately before the order is confirmed. The custom mold bases can be further surface treated with precision milling and grinding to meet the needs of the clients.
