Machine Information:
The pipe laser cutting is realized by using the high power density
energy generated after laser focusing. Under the control of the
computer, the laser is discharged by pulse, so as to output a
controlled repetitive high-frequency pulse laser to form a beam
with a certain frequency and pulse width. The pulse beam is
transmitted and reflected through the optical path and focused on
the surface of the processed object through the focusing lens, A
fine and high energy density light spot is formed, and the focal
spot is located near the surface to be processed to melt or gasify
the processed material at an instant high temperature.
The high-energy laser pulse splashes a small hole on the surface of
the object in an instant. Under the control of the computer, the
cutting head of the stainless steel laser cutting machine and the
processed material conduct continuous relative movement according
to the pre drawn figure, which will process the object into the
desired shape.

Machine Detail:
1. Cutting ability: it can cut stainless steel, carbon steel,
galvanized steel, iron plate and other metal materials.
2. Machine accuracy: the imported servo drive system is selected to
cooperate with the ball screw transmission, which greatly improves
the corresponding speed and cutting accuracy of the equipment and
prolongs the service life of the product.
3. Cutting section: the z-axis follow-up system is adopted. The
cutting head follows up according to the height of the plate, and
the focal length position of the cutting point remains unchanged,
so as to ensure the cutting gap, make the cutting gap flat and
smooth, and adapt to the cutting of plane or curved plate.
4. Gas control: the sensor imported from the United States is used
to control the automatic switching of low and high pressure oxygen,
which can effectively save the rational use of oxygen and reduce
waste. The low and high pressure oxygen can be adjusted manually,
and the appropriate flow can be selected according to the thickness
of the material.
5. Operating system: the color visual operating system is adopted,
which can easily view the processing condition of the path and
simulate the processing path.
