Soft seat seal gearbox operated trunnion mounted ball valves are
compact, reliable in sealing, simple in construction and easy in
maintenance.
The sealing surface and spherical surface are always in a closed
state, not easily eroded by the medium, and easy to operate.
It is suitable for general working media such as water, solvent,
acid, natural gas, etc., as well as media with harsh working
conditions such as oxygen, hydrogen peroxide, methane, ethylene,
etc.

Soft Seat Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve Feature
1. The fluid resistance is small, and the full bore ball valve
basically has no flow resistance.
2. Simple structure, small size and light weight.
3. Tight and reliable. It has two sealing surfaces. At present,
various plastics are widely used as the sealing surface materials
of ball valves, which have good sealing performance and can realize
complete sealing. It is also widely used in vacuum systems.
4. The operation is simple and the switch is fast. It only needs to
rotate 90° from fully open to fully closed, which is convenient for
remote control.
5. It is easy to maintain, the structure of the ball valve is
simple, the sealing ring is generally removable, and the
disassembly and assembly are more convenient.
6. When fully open or fully closed, the sealing surface of the ball
and the valve seat is isolated from the medium, and the valve
sealing surface will not be eroded when the medium passes through.
7. It has a wide range of applications, ranging from small
diameters to several millimeters to several meters, and can be
applied from high vacuum to high pressure.
8. Since the ball valve has wiping properties during opening and
closing, it can be used in media containing suspended solid
particles.
