The calcium tablet aluminum-plastic packaging machine is a new type of aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine with a unique structure developed. It can be used for both aluminum-plastic and aluminum-aluminum packaging and has low operating costs and high cost-effectiveness.

The double aluminum blister machine can package capsules, tablets,
and pharmaceuticals, while the servo motor of the flat
aluminum-plastic packaging machine ensures high precision traction,
and the new type of roller press has a fast speed.

The commonly used consumables for the single-particle
aluminum-plastic blister packaging machine are PVC, PTP, etc. If a
breakage occurs, the machine will automatically stop, saving
materials and automatically alarming, reducing the cost of use and
increasing efficiency.

Advantages:1.The heat-sealing pressure is large and uniform, and the PVC
blister and aluminum foil have good adhesion and clear lines. 2.The
photoelectric detection and motor drive of the PVC feeding are fast
and accurate. 3.Equipped with photoelectric detection and automatic
shutdown function for punching and cutting deviation, protecting
the mold and the product. 4.The punching position is accurately
positioned, and there are no cutting marks or edges left on the cut
material. 5.The newly upgraded roller press axis has high servo
traction precision. 6.The heating plate is heated at a constant
temperature, and the positive pressure air + mechanical forming
makes the blister forming smooth and natural without wrinkles.

Q: What is the warranty period for your machine?A: 5 years free warranty.

Q: Are you a real factory/manufacturer?
A: Of course. Our factory is inspected by third party. We much
welcome you to visit us and free to pick you up form hotel. You
don't have time? We can use live video and you can visit us on
line.

Q: Is engineer available to serve oversea?
A: Yes, we can send engineers to your factory but all the fee will
be on buyers. In order to save your cost, we will send you a video
of full details machine installation and assist you till the end.

Q: How can we make sure about the machine quality after placing the
order?
A: Before delivery, we will running half hour of the machine to
checking the stability and sending you the testing video until you
sastisfy. We will setting all the parameters well. And also you can
arrange for quality checking by yourself or by your contacts in
