Working principle

S49 series rotary vibrating sieve use upright motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of motor, change circumrotate to level, upright and incline movement, then pass these three movement to the surface of the screen. Adjust the phasic angle on the both sides of the top and bottom to change the movement orbits of the surface screen.

Material

All product contact parts material is 316L Stainless steel, the base is SS304 material.

The gasket is silicone material. Each layer has deblind system to clean the screen surface and avoid clogging. The machine is up to FOOD grade for food industry application.

Coating

Strict requirement for machine process, no dead corner inside and outside welding line. The machine internal and external is mirror polished.

Thickness of whole machine surface is 0.8mm.
