We can see that, with Halnn BN-H21 PCBN Inserts, the tool life improved about 6 times than other PCBN Inserts, and the failure Mode is flank wear, however other pcbn inserts are fracture.

BN-H21 PCBN Inserts are researched specific for heavy interrupt turning process, normally we used for machining hardened steel component, such as gears, bearing. When the component surface have many holes, it will appear interrupt turning condition, the insert will not easily chipping or fracture with BN-H21 PCBN Inserts.
