The BUNGE Operable Aluminum partition walls is a top quality
moveable wall system that allows you to optimize the use of
available space with speed and ease.
These sophisticated acoustic folding partition wall systems do not
require a floor track and yet once positioned the interlocking
panels form a rigid structure giving all the properties and
appearance of a permanent wall.
The BUNGE operable wall partition wall dividers system comprises panels up to 1200mm wide. Actual panel widths are determined by the site aperture, there are no standard sized panels or 'make up' panels

Bunge Movable Partition Board Advantage
1.Movable partition wall foldable board is modernized decoration
style. It can separate the space speedly and conveniently. And it
has sound insulation and heat insulation and fireproof function.
2.The Partition Board is made from high density s/s frame, special
made rubber, excellent sound insulation cotton and finish board
etc. the finish board is flat and hard.
3. The finish board is inserted in the aluminum track, assembled
with multi direction wheels; the board can be stored in many
different ways.
4. It doesn’t need track on the floor, we only hang the track on
the ceilings and it can be at the same plane with the ceiling
decoration. It won’t affect the whole decoration style.
5. Around the board, there is sound insulation rubber; it can help
to insulate the sound entering.
6. The operation ways is much easier, it’s better than the old ways
which used spring before.
7. We can add single or double doors on the board for convenience.
8. We have much different finish to meet different requirements
from customers and get different decoration effects.
Product details:
(1)Size of wall: all the folding partition wall panels should be
installed in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations.
(2)Cutting: all necessary hardware and accessories for a complete
job installation are to be furnished by the contractor.
(3)Install the acoustic panels: the installation of acoustic panels
should be carried out in a sequence from the left to the right,
from upside to downside, the panels are cut to fit on site,
traditional woodworking tools are suitable for cutting the panels,
if panels are cut using a fine tooth table saw the panels should be
cut face up to avoid scratching and at a much slower speed to avoid
any tearout or chipping.
(4)Fix on keel:
Wooden keel fixing using nails, staples or screws into prefixed
timber battens on the walls via the tongue and groove joint.It also
can fixing by: light steel keel.
