conference rooms, restaurant and banquet halls etc., it provides
convenient and effective space management solutions, the panels
move on a ceiling track with no requirement of floor guides or
rails, its has been extensively applied to hotel industry.

of the hotel sound proof partition walls. Features such as
protective edge trim will keep your partitions looking good for
many years to come.
The hotel sound proof partition walls consist of a series of
interlocking flat panels and the fast set retractable top and
bottom seals provide the easiest in-field operation, a simple
half-turn of the waist high removable handle extends or retracts
the sound seals.
The quick set retractable seals save the owner a great deal of time
during setup and take down

Components of Hotel Partition Walls
Tracks: Made of good quality anodized aluminium 6063-T5 materials,hanging the hotel sound proof partition walls with wheels.
Wheels/Rollers: It is the carrier for the sliding partition walls ,let panels move more flexibly.Pulley bearing is more than 1600 KGS.
Connectors: Made of anodized aluminium 6063-T5 aluminum tracks,“L”, “T”, “＋”types are available.
Rubber/vinyl seal: Made of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(NBR+PVC),durable and perfect for sound insulation,wear-resistant.
Rock Wool: Density of 60kg/m3,help us reduce the noise and heat.
Handle: Operate the retractable being up and down.
Retractable mechanism: Control the movement of the top and bottom seal to form a excellent sound insulation performance.
Magnetic Strip: Ferrite plastic magnetic material will be used in between aluminum profiles to enhance acoustic performance of the hotel partition walls.
MDF board: 9 mm thickness,density of 760kg/m3,absorbent thickness expansion rate is less than 15%.Formaldehyde emission is 34mg/100g.
