Wooden grooved acoustic panels are based on MDF in fire rating classes B1 and B2 or vermiculite base panels in fire rating class A1 to DIN 4102. Perforated acoustic panels based on MDF can be used for ball impact resistant wall linings to DIN 18032-3.
