Circulation Energy Saving Centrifugal Water Pump Used To Domestic Water Supply
Description:
The shaft sleeve is used to prevent the shaft from rubbing with the packing stuff. The sleeve should be replaced in time when it wears out.
The pump shaft is supported by single-row annular contact ball bearings. The bearings shall be lubricated with oil which should be kept between the lines on the oil level indicator, or with grease which has already been put into the bearing case during assembling, it can be added after the front and rear end coves are dismounted, or by oil holder.
Feature:
| a. The series of single-stage centrifugal pump casing and cover make up of the operating room of pump. The impeller, shaft and ball bearing make up of the rotor parts of pump. The hanger supports the rotor parts of pump. |
| b. The axial and radial force of pump is borne by the ball bearing. The axial sealing of pump is made up of packing gland, packing and packing ring (mechanical sealing also can be used),which to avoid gas to enter and greatly leak. |
| c. The shaft sleeve is installed on the position of packing to protect the shaft to avoid the wear of shaft. Sealing ring is installed between the shaft and sleeve to avoid gas to enter and leak along the surface of shaft. |
| d. The front and back of impeller mostly has sealing ring to balance the axial force, and there is balancing hole on the back cover plate of impeller. If the axial force is not too big, there no sealing ring and balancing hole on the back of impeller. |
Application:
It can be used to transfer clean water or other liquids similar to water in physical and chemical properties. It is suitable for industrial use and urban water supply, pressure boosting for high buildings and fire fighting, garden irrigation, long-distance water transfer, heating ventilation and air controlling, circulation and pressure boosting for cold and hot water, and supporting equipment etc.
