Full set mould: Different Size Cups with different bottom size or angle, even different size for cup height and Top Dia. Clients should change Full set mould to produce different size of cups( Very difficult to change mould).
We suggest that new start clients Just for change half set mould , as changing the half set mould will be easier. And one machine is better goes with 1-2 extra half set mould

Open Cam System Cup Machine VS. Gear Box System Cup Machine
1. We using Open Cam System for machine running, which keep machine running high speed without any problem(long span life, without broken).
Gear Box for machine running. Speed only run 40 to 50 pcs each min, If speed go higher The gear box very easy broken.
Pls do noted: Open cam system or gear box system is heart of paper cup machine, If it is broken machine direct no use, very difficult to repair it.
2) Open cam model paper cup machine main shaft with 65mm diameter which is thicker than normal gear box machine(50mm only) .
3)Open Cam Cup Machine design with 2cm height border to prevent oil leaking out
4) Open Cam Cup Machine with Auto Oil Lubrication system for machine self oil lubrication which keep sure machine smooth running and long span life.
