2. Q: When can I get the quotation for my inquiry?
A: Ususlly the quotation will be sent to you within one working day upon all product details being clear.
3. Q: How is your quotation?
A: Our quotation given depends on size, material, prining, after-printing, finishing and quantity. We are a real direct factory, where we can control the price well.
4. Q: Can I get a sample before the mass production?
A: Yes. Usually we will make a pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will start after we get your confirmation on the sample.
5. Q: How long can I get the pre-production sample?
A: After all details (material & design) being confirmed and the sample fees received, the sample lead time wil be within 3 daysand Express delivery takes around 3-4days.
6. Q: Is the sample charge refundable?
A: Yes, normally the sample charge is refundable when you have placed the place. But the sample shipping freight should be deducted.
