Fluorescent Whitening (WET END)

Aiylon APL CONC. is mostly suitable in the furnish. Compare to tetrasulphnic type OBA, it performs even better at high speed machines due to its high affinity with pulp fibers. It can be dispensed batch-wise in pulper or mixing chests at pH from 6 to 8.

Care must be taken that the product has to be applied not with either alum or cationic auxiliaries at the mean time. Ionic bonding of LPWHITE APL CONC. and cations may form and cause LPWHITE APL CONC. insoluble in water.

Required Amount:

Aiylon APL CONC. gives its best performance with dosage of 1,000-15,000PPM on the dry weight of the furnish. The required brightness can usually be obtained cost effectively by judicious splitting application of Aiylon APL CONC. in the furnish. SLOPE : (1) pH =8 (2)TAPPI WHITENESS

Fluorescent Whitening (SIZE PRESS)

Aiylon APL CONC. is also suitable when applied with starch at the size press. It can be used in combination with CMC, PVA and anionic or weakly cationic synthetic sizing additives.
