Product introduction:

Biomass:

Biomass is a kind of new, recycling, renewable and sustainable fuel. Woodiness particles, batten, hub and other woodiness materials being raw materials, going through procedures of mixing, crushing, and bending and so on, finally we’ll get biomass.

Biomass has features of easy volatility, low ignition point and so on. Theoretically, regarding the structure, the biomass-fired boiler is similar with the traditional coal-fired boiler.

Product features:

Due to the restriction of electricity and natural gas supply and gas pipes and the fuel cost, it’s impossible to change all coal-fired boiler to electric boiler or gas-fired boiler. Biomass-fired boiler has features of low running cost, low price and so on. Thus it could be easily accepted by customers and it is wildly promoted by the country. Biomass, being the environmentally-friendly, renewable fuel, is also quite economical and has extensive sources. The running cost of biomass-fired boiler is 1/6 of that of electric boiler and 1/3 of that of oil-fired boiler.

Secondary air will be blown into the furnace to help the full combustion of the biomass. Standing time of smoke within the furnace will be ensured and thus few particles will be brought out the furnace. During the combustion, there will be no smoke and dust, after the combustion, there will be few residues in powder remained in the dust-collecting chamber and it’ll be easily handled. The smoke and dust emission concentration will be lower than the figure stipulated in GB13271-2001 Emission standards for Boilers.

The fuel feeding and the slag move-out will be automatic. Air blower and the induced draft fan will be adjusted at variable frequency. The whole boiler will be automatically run. Fuel feeding could be adjusted automatically according to load changes to ensure the stable steam output. Biomass-fired boiler has protection measurement of pressure, liquid level, exhaust gas temperature monitoring and so on, together with the alarm system to ensure the safe running of the boiler.
