Engine Coolants Foaming Tendencies in Glassware Analyzer

 

 


Features:

1.Adopts high temperature glass as heating bath to ensure the constant and even working temperature.
2.Stainless steel skeletal, with Pyrex tank and cover, can place and fix 2pcs cylinders, no need of steel ring to avoid floating;
3.With 2pcs high accuracy flow meters, 1pc controlling box including all electric elements;
4.It can do testing at 88℃;
5.Aluminum cover with 2 holes for placing cylinders;
6.Electric heating bath, with stirring device above;
7.Stainless steel heating device;
8.Stainless steel cooling ring, when connect with cooling water it can control bath temperature at 24℃, which meet ASTM D892 requirement;
9.Adjustable and accurate flow meter with pin valve, support and exhauster connection;
10.2pcs exhausters, original Norton(aluminum made ball type) or Mott(stainless steel made cylinder type);
11.2pcs 1000ml with scale Pyrex cylinders, with rubber plug;
12.Micro-computer control, PID function, digital display temperature, accuracy 0.1°C, Pt100 RTD temperature probe;
