Application:
The SYA High Vacuum Cooking Oil Purifier is especially designed to
remove water, gases and particulates from waste cooking oils,
vegetable oils, palm oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower seed oil, olive
oil, peanut oil coconut oil, etc.This specification describes the
equipment supplied by REXON for the processing (degasification,
dehydration, filtration) of vegetable oils. The SYA purifiers are
designed for processing oils in workshops or in the field.This
machine can rapidly remove water, particulate matters, impurities
and gas, air, volatile matter (for example ethyl alcohol, gasoline,
ammonia and so on) from waste cooking oil completely.
Features:
1. This plant is composed of two parts, one is the press filter,
and the other is the vacuum oil purifier system. The press filter
can remove the big or tiny impurities; The precision of
purification can reach to 1 Micro. The vacuum system is equiped
with filters of three grade (primary filter, mass water separator,
and fine filer). All processes is under vacuum condition.
2. The primary filter, which is made of the stainlessness steel, is
anti-rust and anti-corrupt. It mainly removes the residual
impurities which escape from the press filter, making sure the
treated oil won't have any impurity when it goes into the water
separator and vacuum separator.
3. The water separator, which is equiped with a special filter,
mainly removes the mass water from the oil. Usually the waste
cooking oil contains much water and it need to be removed from the
oil. After the water separator, the oil just contains the tiny
water and soluble water.
4. After the process of the water separator, the oil will goes into
the vacuum separator which adopts three-dimensional duplex
evaporation and film evaporation. For protecting the oil nature, it
is better that the oil temperature is lower than 80°c. Because our
machine works under the vacuum and low pressure condition, so the
oil doesn't need to be heated to 100 °c and usually it just need to
be heated to 45 °c. Then the tiny water, soluble water, acid,
alcohol, other volatility liquid and so on can be removed
completely and effectively.
5. For the fine filter, which is equips with the stainless steel
filter, the purification hole is less than 1 Micro, which can make
sure the filtered oil is completely clear without any impurity.
6. It adopts back flushing system, which can clear impurities
automatically.
7. We uses stainless steel filter element which is good at
anti-corrosion. Especially, the precision of filtering impurities
is quite high and the service life is long. Also, it has a large
volume for storing the impurities.
8.Its unique degassing and dewatering system adopts the
3D-evaporation technique and thin film evaporation, which can
separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil
quickly by the multi-level water-oil separation technology.

Advantages:
According cooking oil nature, the used cooking oil/vegetable oil
includes high water, more acid matter, much impurities and
offensive odor. This machine adopts Plate Pressure system can
separate the sundry matters and water from the oil quickly, and
break the oil emulsification effectively. Then superadded two
primaries filter and fine filter, it can remove impurities
thoroughly. Next, the machine adopts highly vacuum system to
dewater system to dehydrate and deodorize the oil fast. In
addition, this machine use stainless steel filter element, it
resists the acid in oil strongly. So after the treatment by the
machine, you can get a new fresh oil compared the before oil with
water, particles, gas contaminants, and the used cooking
oil/vegetable oil will become limpidity, and fresh quality, and has
good quality to produce other products, such as biodiesel, soaps,
and so on.
