No Pollution High Efficiency Energy Saving Industrial Electric Heating Steam Boiler
1. The main control parameters of electric steam boiler are
rated evaporation, boiler design thermal efficiency, rated
steam pressure, rated input power, etc.
2. The use of electric steam boilers shall comply with the
restrictions of relevant national and local standards and
norms. It is appropriate to use the heat storage boiler system,
that is, when the power grid is at a low ebb, heat is stored in
the heat storage medium, and in the peak stage of power
grid, the heat stored in the heat storage medium is released
for use by the user. The characteristic of the heat storage
boiler system is that for the different electricity prices of
peakand valley, it can save the operating cost for the user,
and through the peak-filling of the power grid to fill the
valley, is beneficial to the safety of the power grid, economic
operation.
3. Electric steam boiler with steam accumulator can store
more, higher parameters of heat, but the electric steam boiler
with steam heat accumulator system cost is high, requires a
high level of operation management, therefore, for heating
parameters require steam, life, air conditioning system,
electric steam boiler plus steam accumulator system is rarely
applied.
4. The power supply of the electric boiler shall be supplied
directly by the distribution room and can be transported by
cable or metal row.
5. When determining the load and number of units of electric
boilers, the transformer capacity used in the boiler room
should be considered comprehensively. Multiple boilers can
share a transformer, but multiple transformers are not
allowed to supply power to a single boiler. The power of a
single electric steam boiler should not be greater than
2.4MW.
6. The water supply of steam boilers is generally treated by
in-pot chemical water, and the water quality shall be in
accordance with the regulations.
