For Brewery Industries Fully Automatic Control System Gas Fired Steam Boiler
The thermal efficiency of the brewing boiler is more than 85%, the
combination of the corrugated furnace bile with the cone-shaped
furnace bile with the good expansion performance is used, the
furnace bile size coincides with the flame, the flue gas
circulation area decreases, makes the flue gas flow at such speed,
ensures the heat exchange time of high temperature flue gas in the
furnace, and achieves the best heat transfer effect.
The special boiler of brewing adopts a high-performance combustion
machine which exactly matches the boiler, carries on the full
automatic regulation, makes the combustion full, saves fuel and
reduces the pollution, uses the ultra-fine glass cotton with high
insulation performance, the heat loss is less, the intelligent
energy-saving control system, controls the boiler and the supply
(water supply) system, combined with different loads to adjust the
fuel supply, and more energy-saving.
