Nylon frame anchor used for building and grey color

The nylon frame fixing anchors are used in a variety to substrates such as concrete, stone, solid brick, solid block, grout filled block and hollow block.

It is designed in such a way that due to expansion nail it can be removed if needed.

It gives optimum performance in terms of electric insulation, tensile strength and high pressure.
The nylon sleeve reduces cold bridging compared with metal fixings and also assists in shear capacity.

Applications

For through fixing and spacing installations in interior construction work.

They are used in quick and easy fixing of timber or metal door and window frames to concrete, stone, brick-wood or block-work

All kinds of timber including laths, frames, wall connection or render profiles, skirting boards, wall angles, cable ducts, cable and pipe clips, sheets etc.

Installation

Step 1
Drill a hole, the diameter of the hole should be same as the Nylon body.

Step 2
Clean the hole by removing the debris

Step 3
Insert the Anchor through the hole to its full depth until the collar of the anchor contacts the fixture hole.

Step 4
Insert the screw nail and tap with a hammer to expand the anchor for secure fixing

Step 5
Screw or hammer home the drive screw until the head is flush with the collar of the anchor. The drive screw can easily be removed with a screwdriver.
