Automatic High Speed Rotary Positioning Labeling Machine

The high-speed rotary positioning labeling machine is engineered to meet production targets effectively. Featuring automated labeling processes, simple operation, and rapid production speeds, it ensures uniform, aesthetically pleasing label placement. Ideal for labeling round containers in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and other industries, it accommodates labeling on both full circumferences and half circumferences. Optional ribbon coder and printer capabilities enable simultaneous printing of production batch numbers, dates, and other pertinent information, facilitating seamless integration of labeling and coding. This streamlines packaging processes, leading to increased production efficiency.

Key Features:
The motor utilizes the Japanese Panasonic servo labeling system, Delta PLC, and functional modules, with a Panasonic servo main motor for smooth operation. Delta frequency conversion adjustment ensures high stability and synchronization, with a rapid response speed of up to 1200 times/min and strong torque, ensuring no loss of steps.

1. German Siemens microcomputer control system:
Featuring real FUZZY (intelligence) technology, there's no need for settings or adjustments. Once the system is activated, all calculations and preparations for labeling are completed, enabling flawless label application with the press of a button.

2. Operation Modes:
A. Equipped with an imported touch-sensitive man-machine interface featuring full Chinese display, facilitating easy operation even for inexperienced users. Production speed can be easily adjusted through the interface, automatically aligning with any production line speed for optimal efficiency.

B. Automatic Fault Detection: In case of abnormal occurrences such as label depletion, tape breakage, reaching count settings, or machine malfunctions, the system halts automatically and emits an alarm signal.

Labeling Process:
The bottle is conveyed into the astrolabe via the conveyor belt. As it passes through the bottle measuring unit, it triggers a signal to the PLC. Following a delay, the dial rotates clockwise to a working position. When the bottle reaches the labeling roller position, the bottom of the bottle is affixed. The bottle marking unit detects the bottle, and simultaneously, the bottle rotates clockwise with the rotating labeling roller. The bottle labeling unit signals the PLC when the positioning sensor at the bottom of the bottle detects it. After bottom positioning, the electric eye locates and sends a signal to the PLC. Subsequently, the PLC controls the label feeder to apply a label to the bottle. Concurrently, aided by the labeling roller, the entire label is securely rolled and affixed to the bottle. Once the bottle's surface is labeled, the star pull plate rotates clockwise to a working position, and the bottle is transported out, completing the labeling process. Optional functions and components are available.
