Workflow

The equipment is segmented into bottle transportation, automatic filling, automatic nozzle cover management, swing arm cover, servo screw cap, and other operations.

1. Bottle Loading: Bottles slated for filling are manually placed onto the conveyor belt.

2. Detection: A photoelectric sensor determines the presence of an empty bottle on the main turntable. The detection signal is relayed to the control computer to regulate bottle filling or halt the process if no bottle is detected.

3. Filling: Upon detection of a bottle in front, the PLC directs the filling nozzle to ascend into the bottle for precise filling.

4. Nozzle Covering: Detection is conducted to ascertain bottle presence, followed by pre-rotation of the swing arm cover.

5. Screw Capping: The servo motor adjusts torque and speed to ensure consistent tightening of the cover, maintaining uniform tightness.

6. Bottle Exit: Subsequently, bottles with securely fastened caps are conveyed out of the system via the conveyor belt.
