Sleeves or Spiral Bands are spirally wound single ply of coated abrasive used on expanding rubber drums. The unique construction of sleeves provides smooth, chatter-free operation, thereby giving the operator greater control of the tool.
Sleeves are ideal for grinding, blending, deburring, smoothing, finishing & polishing a wide variety of flat & contoured metal surfaces including the inside of holes & other hard-to-reach areas.

Description:
The Flap Disc is a revolutionary hybrid coated abrasive product that combines the stock removal capabilities of a depressed center wheel with the surface finishing characteristics of a resin fiber disc. The result is an abrasive tool that can perform the functions of grinding and finishing simultaneously.
A series of flaps made of abrasive cloth are attached to a semi-rigid fiberglass backing in a fan-like arrangement. As the flaps gradually wear during use, there is a continual supply of "new" grains exposed from the under layers.
Flap discs both grind and finish in one step. Therefore, the traditional two steps process of using a grinding wheel and resin fiver discs is made obsolete. Always go one level coarser with a flap disc as opposed to a resin fiber disc. Zirconia Flap Discs are Zirconia Flap Disc Type 27. Self-sharping Zirconia gain heavy duty structure requires heavier pressure to break down the self-sharpening grains. It is ideal for heavy grinding on ferrous and non-ferrous metals and planning hard woods. This abrasive can last up to 5 times longer than aluminum oxide on tough applications for heavy stock removal to finishing sanding.
Type 27: use for grinding flat surfaces. Most efficient when used at angle 0°~15°
Sanding Stars are the ideal tools for sanding very contoured or profiled wood or metal parts. The Sanding Stars are made from a very flexible cloth-backed material making them perfect for finish sanding. One can Sand contoured and flat surfaces, raised panels, mouldings, turnings or carvings with these industrial abrasive sandingstars. "Denibbing" raised grain is possible without destroying the intricate features of a work piece. Four, 4" diameter cloth backed, aluminum oxide stars are securely mounted on a 1/4" shaft for use in your drill or die grinder. Max. operating speed is 3200 RPM

Flap Wheel is a versatile, high performing abrasive tool designed for grinding, deburring, cleaning & polishing of small diameter tubing, concave & convex surfaces, channel & recessed areas on a variety of surfaces.
Flap Wheels are made of flaps of Coated Abrasive. These flaps are reinforced at the center with a strong flexible resilient adhesive.
The Salient feature of the Flap Wheel is that it is non-loading and non dulling because of the unique nature of flaps wearing away evenly in use. These provide consistent finish in uniform rate of cut.

Non Woven Abrasives are made from a three dimensional open structure of NYLON Fibers impregnated with abrasive grains held together by resin to form a loose webbing. Non Woven Abrasives are available in various forms such as Rolls, Hand Pads, Belts & Wheels.
Non Woven Abrasives are designed to provide the operator with a controlled & sustained stock removal and finish. As the Nylon fibers of the products wear away, fresh abrasive grains are continuously exposed, providing a consistent finish. The spring like construction of Non Woven Abrasive greatly reduces the risk of gouging & under cutting of the work piece.

optimum space between grains for effective chip clearance.
Specially formulated resin incorporated with grinding aids gives
free and collar cut.
This feature gives our Resin Sander Discs that extra cut ensuring
higher performance.

Non Woven Abrasive Wheels are designed for use with air & electric hand tool as well as small bench grinder. Non Woven Abrasive materials interleaved with flaps of coated abrasive provide a resilient backing that eliminates the layover effect encountered with conventional abrasives flap wheel. Interleaved flap wheels generate a deep uniformed scratch pattern, which is significantly more aggressive than non-interleaved variety of wheel.
Non Woven Abrasive belts are used for surface conditioning. These belts have a woven fabric embedded in the Nylon structure to provide additional strength & durability for edge work, deburring & efficient blending of metals.

Rubber wheels are made of rubber with softness to suit both Grinding and Polishing applications. Designed with scientific principle, which enables it to expand during rotation. Rubber wheels are made as per the size of the circumference of the wheels. These belts can be easily mounted on the wheel. No sooner the wheel starts rotating it expands and grips the belt securely. As the wheel stops rotating, the grip on the belt is loosened. The belt can be easily replaced. The belt grinds and polishes without deep scratches, helping to achieve final polish result.
