Brief Introduction
Seamless steel pipe is perforated by the whole round steel,
and the steel pipe without weld on the surface is called seamless
steel pipe. According to the production method, seamless steel pipe
can be divided into hot-rolled seamless steel pipe, cold-rolled
seamless steel pipe, cold drawn seamless steel pipe, extruded
seamless steel pipe, pipe jacking, etc. According to the section
shape, seamless steel pipes are divided into circular and
special-shaped pipes. Special-shaped pipes have many complex
shapes, such as square, oval, triangular, hexagonal, melon seed,
star and winged pipes. The maximum diameter is 900mm and the
minimum diameter is 4mm. According to different uses, there are
thick wall seamless steel pipe and thin wall seamless steel pipe.
Seamless steel pipe is mainly used for petroleum geological
drilling pipe, cracking pipe for petrochemical industry, boiler
pipe, bearing pipe and high-precision structural steel pipe for
automobile, tractor and aviation.
Advantages of brass pipe: copper pipe is hard, not easy to corrode, and resistant to high temperature and high pressure. It can be used in a variety of environments. Compared with this, the shortcomings of many other pipes are obvious. For example, the galvanized steel pipe commonly used in residential buildings in the past is very easy to rust, and the problems such as yellowing of tap water and smaller water flow will occur after a short service time. The strength of other materials will decrease rapidly at high temperature, which will produce unsafe hidden dangers when used in hot water pipes. The melting point of copper is as high as 1083 degrees Celsius, and the temperature of hot water system is insignificant to copper pipes.
Purpose editing and broadcasting
Copper pipes are often used as water pipes instead of steel pipes. They have two types: hardening tempering and softening tempering. Both types of tempered copper tubes are available in straight lengths of 20 feet. Softened tempered copper tubes are also available in 30 foot, 45 foot and 60 foot coils with a diameter of 1.25 inches. The connection of this pipe is to use a welding gun and solder or brazing alloy to weld its end in a specific fitting. Due to its soft characteristics, the pipe is easy to bend and change direction, so the number of accessories and labor required can be reduced. This kind of pipe is often used to replace the lead pipe to connect the water main into the building
