Duplex Steel Pipe Fittings Reducer ASTM A185 F53 2507 Butt Welding Fittings Con Reducer

Hastelloy alloy is mainly divided into three series B, C and G. It is mainly used for iron-based cr-ni or cr-ni-mo stainless steel, non-metallic materials and other strong corrosive media.

Hastelloy B2 is a solid solution strengthened, nickel-molybdenum alloy, with significant resistance to reducing environments like hydrogen chloride gas, and sulfuric, acetic and phosphoric acids. Molybdenum is the primary alloying element which provides significant corrosion resistance to reducing environments. This nickel steel alloy can be used in the as-welded condition because it resists the formation of grain-boundary carbide precipitates in the weld heat-affected zone.

This nickel alloy provides excellent resistance to hydrochloric acid at all concentrations and temperatures. In additions, Hastelloy B2 has excellent resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking and to knife-line and heat-affected zone attack. Alloy B2 provides resistance to pure sulfuric acid and a number of non-oxidizing acids.

Limiting Factors of Hastelloy B2

Alloy B-2 has poor corrosion resistance to oxidizingenvironments, therefore, it is not recommended for use in oxidizing media or in the presence of ferric or cupric salts because they may cause rapid premature corrosion failure. These salts may develop when hydrochloric acid comes in contact with iron and copper. Therefore, if this alloy is used in conjunction with iron or copper piping in a system containing hydrochloric acid, the presence of these salts could cause the alloy to fail prematurely. In addition, this nickel steel alloy should not be used at temperatures between 1000° F and 1600° F because of a reduction in the ductility in the alloy

  • N6 pure nickel strip (UNS NO2200)

    Nickel 200 (UNS N02200/ w.r.2.4060 and 2.4066)

Nickel 200 this alloy has the following characteristics:

It is commercial pure nickel (99.6%).It has good mechanical properties and excellent resistance in many corrosive environments.Other useful features of the alloy include its magnetic properties, magnetostrictive properties, high thermal and electrical conductivity, low gas content and low evaporation pressure.Corrosion resistance makes it particularly useful in applications where purity is required for products such as food, synthetic fibres and caustic soda.It is also widely used in structural applications where corrosion resistance is the main consideration.Other USES include chemical transfer barrels, electrical and electronic components, aerospace and missile components.

    Metallographic structure of nickel 200:

Nickel 200 is a solid alloy with a face-centered cubic structure.

    High temperature performance:

Nickel 200 is generally restricted to use at less than 600°F (315°C).The graphitization of nickel 200 products will occur at high temperature, which will seriously degrade the performance of the products.

    Available products and standards:

Landong can supply N6 nickel strip, N6 nickel sheet, N6 nickel foil, N6 nickel wire, N6 nickel tube, N6 nickel plate, N6 nickel rod, etc.Welcome to inquir

The corrosion resistance of N4/N6 pure nickel, especially alkali corrosion resistance, is relatively stable in both high temperature and molten alkali, so it is mainly used in alkali making industry. At room temperature, nickel is extremely stable in seawater and salt solutions and in organic media such as fatty acids, phenols, alcohols, etc.It is not resistant to inorganic acids and is unstable in acetic acid and formic acid.

    N6 nickel strip/nickel foil

With high quality electrolytic nickel as raw material, the purity of ** up to 99.98%, after vacuum smelting and subsequent processing into different shapes of pure metal.Pure nickel has excellent corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, mechanical additive and welding properties. Pure nickel with different purity is mainly used in chemical, electroplating and electronic fields. The corrosion resistance is good in other reductive media except alkaline media.Compared with ni-based alloys, pure nickel has higher conductivity, thermal conductivity and plasticity.Pure nickel can be processed into products of different shapes with a density of 8.9g/cm3.

Physical properties of N6 pure nickel:
