Product Details

Light Steel Channel U Beam Steel Channel Size 200 x 80 x 7.5 x 11 MM Steel Profile

In use, it is required to have good welding, riveting and comprehensive mechanical properties. The raw material billet for channel steel production is carbon bonded steel or low alloy steel billet with carbon content not more than 0.25%. Finished channel steel is delivered by hot working, normalizing or hot rolling. Its specifications to waist height (h)* leg width (b)* waist thickness (D) mm number, such as 100*48*5.3, that waist height is 100 mm, leg width is 48 mm, waist thickness is 5.3 mm channel steel, or called 10# channel steel. The channel steel with the same waist height, if there are several different leg width and waist thickness, also need to add a, B and C on the right side of the model to be distinguished, such as 25# A 25# B 25# C.

Duplex

Duplex stainless steels have a mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite, the aim being to produce a 50/50 mix, although, in commercial alloys, the mix may be 40/60 respectively.

Duplex steels have improved strength over austenitic stainless steels and improved resistance to localised corrosion, particularly pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. They are characterised by high chromium (19–28%) and molybdenum (up to 5%) and lower nickel contents than austenitic stainless steels. The most used duplex stainless steels are the 2205 (22% Chromium, 5% Nickel) and the 2507 (25% Chromium, 7% Nickel); 2507 is known as “super duplex” due to its higher resistance to corrosion.

The mechanical properties of Duplex steels are approximately double those of singular austenitic steels, and resistance to stress corrosion cracking is far superior to type 316 stainless steel in chloride solutions. Duplex steel has a ductile or brittle transition at approximately -50 degrees.

Super Duplex

Super Duplex Stainless Steel is known to have better stress corrosion, cracking resistance and mechanical properties than any other type of steel. Suplex Duplex is an austenitic-ferritic iron chromium – nickel alloy with molybdenum addition. It has good resistance to pitting and a very good tensile strength and high resistance to stress corrosion cracking at moderate temperatures, compared to that of conventional austenitic stainless steels.

Super duplex is a stainless steel with a dual phase microstructure, it is made up of roughly 50% of austenitic and 50% of ferrite.

Super Duplex. Super Duplex Stainless Steel is known to have better stress corrosion, cracking resistance and mechanical properties than any other type of steel. Super Duplex is an austenitic-ferritic iron chromium – nickel alloy with molybdenum addition.

A duplex communication system is a point-to-point system composed of two or more connected parties or devices that can communicate with one another in both directions.

The main difference between simplex, half duplex, and full duplex is that in a simplex mode of transmission the communication is unidirectional whereas, in the half-duplex mode of transmission the communication is two directional but the channel is alternately used by the both the connected device.
