Product Description

The nickel masterbatch is smelted in vacuum with a purity of 99.9%. The finishing mills are all rolled by imported multi-rollers, the thickness is the thinnest 0.02mm, and the tolerance is controlled within ±0.001mm. The hardness of the material is uniform. state) HV 75~110, 1/4Y (quarter hard) HV 110~140, 1/2Y (semi hard) HV140~180, 3/4Y (three quarter hard), Y state (hard state) HV180~220, the narrow-band process is cut from strips, and the cross-section is a regular rectangle. This process is precise, difficult, and the product is excellent. The narrowest 1mm width, the minimum product size is 0.02*1mm, and the curvature is less than or equal to 0.5mm/M , The product has good welding performance, good electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance, good finish, and complete state specifications.


Surface Quality

  • The surface of the strip should be smooth and clean, and there should be no wind layer, cracks, bubbles, thorns, pressure and folding inclusions;
  • Slight local defects such as scratches, spots, pits, indentations and roll marks are allowed. Slight oxidation color, darkening and slight local oil stains are not allowed. Scrap basis;
  • The strip should be straight, but slight waves are allowed; the side curvature of the strip is greater than 3 mm per meter of cloth.

Corrosion resistance of pure nickel

Pure nickel is particularly resistant to alkali corrosion, and is relatively stable in high temperature or molten alkali, so it is mainly used in the alkali industry. Nickel is extremely stable in seawater and salt solutions and organic media (such as fatty acids, phenols, alcohols, etc.) at room temperature. Not resistant to inorganic acid corrosion, also unstable in acetic acid and formic acid.

 

According to GB2054-2005, the difference between N4 and N6 is:

1. Chemical composition, the content of N4 C is less than 0.02%, the content of N6 C is less than 0.15%, and the content of other elements is the same;

2. Mechanical properties, in M state, N4 Rm≥350MPa, N6 Rm≥380MPa

Remarks: N4 and N6 are shown above, mainly because of the difference in C content. N4 is called low-carbon pure nickel, and the content of other elements is the same. Due to the low-carbon nature of N4, it is suitable for use in some specific situations, so it is better to communicate with customers. Use the environment or purpose to avoid unnecessary trouble.

Low resistivity (the first choice for notebook battery packs), which can pass currents above 50A, is the first choice for power battery packs.
