Product Features

Electromagnetic ultrasonic thickness gauge is an ultra small, non-contact thickness measuring instrument without acoustic coupling agent. It can measure the thickness of metal or magnetic conductive materials.

Small size and easy to carry

The requirements for the workpiece surface are not high, and there is no need to polish the rough surface, which can realize non-contact measurement

It is insensitive to the coating and can realize the thickness measurement of coated workpieces or corroded metal pipe.

Without acoustic coupling agent, it can realize the thickness measurement of high-temperature workpiece and perform temperature compensation.

(1) General characteristics:

A. The instrument is composed of a host and a mobile phone, which are connected wirelessly via Wifi

B. The instrument adopts the electromagnetic ultrasonic principle, and the inspection process does not require grinding the workpiece surface and coupling agent

C. The probe and the host are integrated, and the probe can be replaced

D. After connecting the tablet computer, there are two functions: A scan and B scan

E. Configurable probe types: probe (≤ 80 ℃, short-time measurement), high-temperature probe (≤ 800 ℃, short-time measurement)

F. High temperature handle can be configured:short handle (meeting the inspection requirement of up to 350 ℃ and short-term measurement),long handle (meeting the inspection requirements of up to 800 ℃ and short-term measurement)

 

(2)Detectable workpiece material: carbon steel, cast steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium and other conductor materials

(3)Measurement range: 1.5-240.0mm,the maximum value of the measurement range is affected by the properties of the measured material, sound attenuation coefficient, surface conditions and other factors

(4)Error range of measuring equipment: When the thickness of workpiece is less than 10mm, the error is 0.05mm; when the thickness is more than 10mm, the error is + (0.01 + H / 200) mm (H is the thickness of workpiece)

(5) Receiving gain: ≤ 100dB

(6)Working temperature range of high temperature probe: low carbon steel (or other ferromagnetic steel): - 150 ℃~+800 ℃; Austenitic stainless steel (or other non ferromagnetic materials): - 150 ℃~+150 ℃

(7)Normal temperature probe: ≤ 80 ℃, 4MHz, mainly used to detect fine-grained materials, such as low carbon steel, aluminum, etc.,

(8) High temperature probe: ≤ 800 ℃, 4MHz, mainly used to measure ferromagnetic fine-grained materials, such as low carbon steel

(9) Maximum lifting distance: 4mm (the actual lifting distance is related to the material property and temperature). Anti rust film, salt deposit or any other insulating coating (paint, varnish, enamel, plastic, etc.) can be used as the operating gap
