The solid insulated ring network cabinet is a set of high-voltage
switchgear installed in a steel plate metal cabinet or made into an
assembling interval-type ring network power supply unit. Its core
part adopts load switches and fuses. It has a simple structure,
small size and low price. , It can improve the power supply
parameters and performance, as well as the advantages of power
supply safety. It is widely used in distribution stations and
box-type substations of load centers in urban residential
districts, high-rise buildings, large public buildings, factories
and enterprises.
The top unit group of the solid insulated ring network cabinet
produced by our company is composed of isolation switches, called
the busbar room. The front of the busbar room is the instrument
room. The two rooms are separated by steel plates. The upper part
of the cabinet is the load switch room. The middle and lower part
is the room for cable entry and exit and other components. The main
equipment of the solid insulated ring network cabinet is composed
of a vacuum load switch, isolation switch, (or isolation switch
with fuse), grounding switch, lightning arrester, operating
mechanism, interlocking mechanism and measurement and metering
circuits. It has the advantages of small size, light weight and
convenient combination.
Cabinet structure
The solid cabinet switch body adopts a three-phase independent
device method, and the three-phase units are respectively sealed in
a new type of epoxy resin cast insulating body.
The main fracture of the switch adopts a vacuum interrupter and an
optimized electromagnetic field structure. The main switch
insulated pull rod moves up and down under the drive of the
operating transmission mechanism to complete the closing and
opening of the main switch.
Optimized electric field design. The insulating rod of the
direct-acting switch-off switch moves up and down under the driving
of the operating mechanism to complete the switch-on, switch-off
and grounding of the switch-off switch.
The structure of the L module and the V module are completely
different. The only difference is the performance of the vacuum
interrupter for the main switch. It is easy to install; the F
module is easy to change the fuse, and when the fuse is changed,
the lower fuse seat is firmly grounded to ensure personal safety.
