RO water purifier is the most advanced and energy-saving effectively membrane separation technology. Its principle is under the action of osmotic pressure than solution, according to other material not through a semipermeable membrane and will these substances and moisture leave. Due to the reverse osmosis membrane aperture is very small ( only for 10 or so ), therefore can effectively remove dissolved in water, salt, colloid, microbial organisms ( removal reaches as high as 97%--98percent ).

Advantages
Low power consumption, completely made of 304 stainless steel, the
pretreatment equipment and pipeline valve are all sanitary
material, conpact conformation, convenient to tranport. No need
works to operate. It is PLC program controlled. Installed with
conductivity meter monitor,pressure gauge and flow meter.
Working process of RO system:
Raw water pump→ mechanical filter→ activated carbon filter→
sodium-ion exchanger→ precision filter→
high pressure pump →Reverse osmosis→ Ozone sterilizer (UV).
1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand
filter/active carbon filter/softener.
2. Multi-medium filter--get rid of turbidity, suspended matter,
organic matter, colloid, etc.
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, smell, free chloride,
organic matter, harmful matter, etc.
4. Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most
common and easiest method.
5. Security filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into
RO membrane, accuracy is 5um,
6. High pressure pump--Provide the high pressure to RO membrane.
7. RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting
rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.
How Does Reverse Osmosis Work?
A: Reverse osmosis systems purify water by forcing pressurized water through a very fine, plastic membrane. If the raw water being treated comes from a well or another private source, disinfection and pre-filters (to remove chlorine and/or particulates/sediment) may be needed in advance of the R/O unit to remove contaminants that can foul or damage the membrane.

Machine For Cosmetic
Inspection: The buyer will do the machine inspection when the
machines are ready.
Machine Installation or Fixing: If Buyer requires Seller’s engineer
to install or fix the machine locally in due course, the Buyer
should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel
accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer.
