Description Of RO System
The purified water system adopts modular design enabling the system
to have various characteristics, such as
independence,modularization and simple operation, etc. These
functions ensure the consecutiveness, stability and reliability of
the equipment. In addition,we will make more than two design plans
for the selection by theclients in accordance with the water
quality report and URS, including pretreatment configuration
combined with desalination system,selection of distribution system
and disinfection methods, etc. In the mean time, we also provide a
complete set of verification system for clients, including design
validation in the preliminary stage, FAT test within the factory,
installation validation in later stage, operation validation and
performance validation as well as perfect after-service system.

Feature Of Industrial Reverse Osmosis System
(1). Occupy little space, easy to operate, wide application range;
(2). operation cost is low, acid and alkali consumption is low, no
secondary pollution;
(3). Reverse osmosis desalting rate ≧ 99%, machine desalting rate ≧
97%, 98% of organic and bacteria can be removed;
(4). Finished water under good electronic conductivity, one stage
≦10u s/cm, two stage around 2~3u s/cm, EDI ≦ 0.5u s/cm(based on raw
water ≦ 300 u s/cm;
(5). High operation automation degree. It is unattended. The
machine will automatically stop in case of no water. Timed flushing
of front filtering materials by automatic controller. Automatic
flushing of reverse osmosis film by IC. Online display of raw water
and pure water electronic conductivity;
(6). Imported parts account for over 90%.
Procedure:
Raw water - raw water tank (user self-provided) - raw water pump-
multi-media filter- activated carbon filter- precision filter, the
reverse osmosis device - pure water storage tank (user
self-provided)

un-properly operation, then the Seller would offer the new parts

Inspection: The buyer will do the machine inspection when the
machines are ready.
Machine Installation or Fixing: If Buyer requires Seller’s engineer
to install or fix the machine locally in due course, the Buyer
should pay the round air ticket cost and arrange the hotel
accommodation as well as the means for Seller’s engineer.
