Working Principle
Spark plug of the power board through
the repeated power generation ignition, ignite the mixture within
the cylinder,
Spark plug (Figure 5) At this point, the other parts of the
ignition system are generated when the high-voltage electrical

And the structure of the spark plug is made of an elongated metal
plate through a ceramic material with an insulating function. The
lower part of the insulator has a metal shell around it and is
screwed on the cylinder head. The bottom of the metal shell in the
welding electrode and the car body to form a grounding effect. In
addition, at the end of the center of the electrode, it must be
separated by a slight discharge gap.
Then, the high-voltage current from the distributor will conduct
through the central electrode and then discharge at the discharge
gap at the bottom, and the spark plug will function to produce a
spark-burning mixture. The engine will generate energy and output
power.
It can be seen, the spark plug is to enter the engine combustion of
gasoline and air mixed gas to ignite the device, working in high
temperature, high pressure conditions, is one of the petrol engine
consumables, it plays in the engine running quite Important role,
