FAQ of Finergy Solar Tech

Q1: Is OEM service available for Finergy?

A: Finergy is able to provide OEM service to customers. If the customer requires the certificates of Finergy, it's also available to print customer's LOGO on the label with Finergy LOGO.

Q2: Is sample order possible to Finergy?

A: Because of automated production, it's costly to change settings. But, Finergy usually has stocks of standard solar panels. To keep safe during transportation, we sugguest customers to buy whole pallet quantity.  

Q3: What's the payment terms?

A: The payment is only available for Finergy's official company account. For samples, we require 100% deposit before goods delivery. For bulk quantity, we require 20%~30% advance payment and 70%~80% balance payment against copy of BL.
