  • Mono PERC Half-Cell PV module offers better temperature-dependent performance, less shading effect on the energy generation, lower risk of hot spot.
  • Excellent Anti-PID performance guarantee limited power degradation for mass production.
  • Advanced glass and cell surface textured design ensure excellent performance in low-light environments (e.g. early morning, dusk and cloud, etc).
  • Anti-reflective coated glass to increase module efficiency up to 2%, and improve self cleaning ability.
  • Three channels of EL automatic detections and power test before packing.
  • Full production from automatic equipment and production to eliminate human errors and ensure high quality.
  • Intelligent MES system applied on production lines to manage materials and production. 
  • Certified to withstand: front side max. 5400Pa and rear side max. 2400Pa as per IEC61215 & IEC61730 standards.
  • 12 years power output no less than 90% and 30 years power output no less than 80% based on about 0.55% annual power degradation.

QC system:

We have excellent QC system, and we are focus each step on processing modules. FINERGY completes rigoros materials testing before and during module production in order to ensure that only the best becomes into modules, each cell is individully inspected and power matched in order to ensure consistent performance among the cells in module array.

Once assembled, each of our PV module undergoes further testing to ensure consistently high quality. Every module is given a complete visual inspection to verify that its appearance meets our standards. Our modules then undergi further testing via EL and flash simulators to ensure accurate minimum power voltage and current rating.
